SeaWorld Park Policies

To help ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we ask that you please comply with the following park policies:

In keeping with the family image of SeaWorld, guests are not permitted to wear clothing that has inappropriate language or which is otherwise offensive. Shoes, shirts and pants must be worn at all times including over bathing suits.

Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult except when participating in an event intended for young visitors such as our Adventure Camps, sleepovers, birthday parties or educational programs.

Large hard or soft coolers, glass containers, food, drinks and picnic lunches may not be taken into the park. Guests with medical diets, baby formula or food should seek out a SeaWorld team member prior to entering the park. Service animals are permitted, certain restrictions apply. All bags, strollers, and other personal items are subject to inspection.

Pets are not permitted inside the park. Service animals are permitted. Please see Guest Services for more information. Our pet care center is located behind the Exit Gift Shop for your convenience.

SeaWorld is not responsible for valuables unattended/unsecured. As a convenience, strollers are available for rent. Strollers that do not fold up for easy storage are required to be parked outside stadiums and exhibits. SeaWorld is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen personal property.

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the park or on any ride.

SeaWorld prohibits the possession, carrying and/or use of any type of firearms or weapons on SeaWorld property.

Any person not employed by SeaWorld or its on-site contractors is prohibited from engaging in solicitation, or the distribution of handbills, leaflets, advertising or promotional materials, or the sales of products or services on the park’s property without first obtaining written approval from SeaWorld.

Please do not leave valuables unattended/unsecured. SeaWorld is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen personal property,

Guests must obey all posted instructions and verbal instructions given by park. Guests must report all injuries before leaving the park on the day of visit. For safety reasons, certain rider restrictions apply for some of our rides. Information is available at Guests Services, at the ride itself, and on our website.

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas as indicated on the map.

SeaWorld is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of vehicle including articles left within.

Riders on some of our attractions will be exposed to forces, speeds and other intense features that may cause distress to persons with pre-existing health conditions (e.g.: heart conditions, back or neck trouble).

Please consider these features in determining suitability for all riders. For safety reasons, certain restrictions apply for some of our riders. Information is available at Guest Services, at the ride itself and on our website.

Your presence in the park constitutes your consent to be photographed and/or recorded while in the park. You irrevocably grant SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Inc., and its affiliates, assignees, license and successors the right to use your image, voice and likeness in all forms and media for any purpose whatsoever throughout the world, in perpetuity without any limitation or compensation. In addition, no photos, videos, or other recordings taken by any park attendee may be used for any commercial purpose, gain or other exploitation for profit without the express written consent of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Inc.
