Because we love our Pass Members and want you to get the most out of your experience throughout the year, we’re sharing a few tips to help you maximize every moment!
- Set up an Online Account
Your online account will allow you to see many of the offers and rewards available to you throughout the year. You can also purchase discounted upgrades, including animal encounters and tours, all-day dining deals, and Quick Queue to get you to the front of the lines faster!
- Stay in the Loop
Sign up for email using the same email address you used when you purchased your Annual Pass. You’ll receive emails about exclusive Pass Member offers and be the first to know about upcoming events!
Check out the Pass Member rewards page and monthly Pass Member blog for new rewards and other exclusives added throughout the year.
- Claim Your Rewards
After setting up your account, you can log into the Pass Member portal to redeem select rewards. Certain ones like SeaWorld Bucks, PhotoKey, and animal encounters can only be redeemed at a self-service kiosk at the park.
At the kiosk, select “Pass Members Only,” scan or type your active Pass Member barcode, select “Rewards,” choose your desired reward or ticket promotion, and follow the on-screen instructions. Park tickets are entry-ready, while other rewards and giveaways will require you to follow the redemption instructions on the printed voucher.
- Keep Your Pass Handy
You can print a paper wallet-size Pass Member card at the self-service kiosk, use a printed paper voucher of your Pass Member purchase, or save your Pass on your phone.
Another option is to purchase a physical card at the park with a $5 donation to the Guy Harvey Foundation, which supports helping ocean environments through scientific research and educational programs. The card features Pass Member-exclusive artwork from world-renowned marine wildlife artist and conservationist Guy Harvey.
- Redeem Your Free and/or Discounted Guest Tickets
If you purchased a Silver, Gold, or Florida Platinum Annual Pass, your free guest tickets can be redeemed during select date windows based on your Pass type. Check out the guest ticket redemption calendar to find out when.
Discounted guest tickets are offered promotionally throughout the year. When available, guest tickets can be redeemed or purchased online via the Pass Member portal, at an in-park self-service kiosk, or at a guest service ticket window.
