General Park Information

Location:
Intersection of Interstate 4 and FL 528 (Bee Line Expressway), 10 minutes south of downtown Orlando and 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Park hours:
Open year-round at 9 a.m. with extended hours during summer and holidays. Allow a full day to see all shows and attractions.

Parking:
Nearly 6,700 spaces are available for vehicles. Spaces are available to cars and motorcycles for $12.00 - recreational vehicles for $15.00.  Preferred parking available for $20.00.  Platinum Passport members receive complimentary preferred parking. 1 year and 2 year Passport members can park in general lots for free, and pay only $10.00 for preferred parking.

ID policy for Children:
If my child is a minor (under the age of 18) do they have to present a photo ID to enter the park?
No, minors (children under the age of 18) do not need to present a photo ID to enter the park.

Information Center:
The Information Center is located just inside the park to the right of the Main Entrance. Team members can assist you with the following:

    • Visitor information (hotels, campsites, points of interest)
    • Guides for guests with disabilities
    • Show information
    • Travel assistance
    • Lost and found
    • Lost children's center
    • General park information and assistance.

Lockers:
  • All day lockers are located inside the Main Entrance of the park behind Shamu's Emporium for a rental fee $7.00 for a small lockers or $10.00 for a large locker. One time use lockers are also available near Journey to Atlantis, Kraken, Shamu's Happy Harbor and Manta for a rental fee of $.50 for small and $1.00 for large. 
  • Diaper-changing and baby-nursing areas, first-aid, foreign currency exchange, 24-hour automated teller machine, taxi and bus parking may be found on-site.

Wheelchair/Stroller Rental

Wheelchair access is provided at all shows and attractions. For safety reasons all strollers must be parked outside of most exhibits and attractions. SeaWorld is not responsible for strollers or their contents left unattended in the park. Guest must be 18 years or older to rent.

Dining, Food, and Beverage Policy

Restaurants and concession stands are located conveniently throughout the park. Large hard or soft coolers, glass containers, food, drinks and picnic lunches may not be taken into the park. Guests with special diets, baby formula or baby food may bring their items into the park.

    • Guests wanting to make seating arrangements to at Shark's Underwater Grill can do so by visiting the host/hostess stand in front of the restaurant on the day of their visit. Reservations can be made in person after 10 a.m. the day of your visit.


Smoking Policy

For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, smoking is permitted in the park in designated smoking areas only.  These designated areas are conveniently located throughout the park and are clearly marked on park maps.

Security Procedures

SeaWorld Orlando security procedures may result in slight delays while entering the park. As a part of this process:

    • All bags, backpacks, and packages are subject to inspection prior to entering the park.
    • As a reminder, the following items are not permitted to be brought into SeaWorld for the safety of our animals and our guests: weapons, glass bottles, cans, any other type of sharp objects, straws, large hard or soft coolers, and any hazardous items or materials.
    • Please leave any unnecessary articles secured within your vehicle to expedite your entry into the park.
    • SeaWorld is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of vehicle including articles left within.

Pet policy:
Located outside the main entrance, kennels are air-conditioned and staffed from park open until 1/2 hour after park close. The cost is $15.00 per day ($10.00 for Passport members - excluding Fun Cards). Park guests are required to bring pet food and to walk their pet (dogs only) during the day. You may bring a blanket for the pet's comfort. Please have a copy of your pet's shot record and updated rabies tag available when you drop your pet off. Kennels cannot be reserved in advance.
